Because our products are custom-printed with your personal photos, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect. Please contact our support team within 14 days if there is an issue.
How do I know if my photo quality is high enough for printing?
Our system automatically checks the resolution of your uploaded image. If the file is too small for the selected product size, you will receive a low-resolution warning during the customization process.
